Really knowledgeable about all the technology. Committed to getting a good result and didn’t stop until it was all sorted properly. As I also needed wiring done, they did that too and were really neat and left it all very tidy.

Really impressed with the service. My laptop was upgraded from 8GB to 16GB RAM and the battery was replaced quickly and efficiently. As a nice extra, the fan was cleaned out at no additional cost, which was very welcome. Communication was excellent. He arrived on time, was polite, knowledgeable and happy to explain everything he was doing. The laptop is now noticeably quicker and the battery life has improved significantly. A pleasure to deal with and I would happily recommend him to anyone looking for honest, professional IT support.
