There is no question with the work ethic and approach that the guy put in to carry out the required work to a kitchen cupboard door that would not open due to some heavier than usual jars being placed in there. This involved unscrewing the bespoke kitchen door at a tight angle where our oven was blocking access but thankfully we got there in the end.
What did not sit well with us was when asked for the price before the work commenced to be told we would talk about it after, and then at the end wanted £150 to our shock. It was in the evening time but for 1 hours work with no parts supplied
Response from PUBLO CARPENTRY
It’s about quality, not time. Despite no access, I fixed the original mechanism, saving you replacement costs. I promised free future repairs. We agreed on £150 during our call before I started, ensuring fairness and transparency.
