We originally gave very good feedback for their initial work with us. We reemployed them to replace our garage roof and to clean and repair the guttering to our house. The day after they completed their work issues arose with the repairs that we rbrought to their attention. A significant number issues arose with their original work with us. We contacted them on numerous occasions during lockdown to arrange resolution. They promised to attend notwithstanding lockdown. They didn't attend for the appointment they made. We then made further contact by phone. We then e-mail and wrote to them.

The contract was to build a single garage and brickstore. They started in late November 2019 and was expected to be completed by Christmas 2019. They were due to start the next phase of work on our roof at the beginning of January 2020. The work to the garage is still unfinished - brickwork to be finished, slate roof, concrete floor and electrical and garage door installation all outstanding. I estimate it will cost me about £5000 to complete the works with another contractor. They also owe money paid towards the re-roofing project.

Dan and his team were first class throughout this job providing a quick and efficient service and quality finish. I would definitely use them again and have already recommended to a friend
