Would highly recommend Pulse. Very friendly with great communication throughout. They worked quickly, tidily and to a high standard we’re very pleased with the results. We had crazy plumbing and they’ve put it right!

We have used Pulse Refurbishment (Ana and Andrew) 1st for a loft conversion and installation of downstairs WC, 2nd for redecoration of 2 upstairs bedrooms Inc flooring, and more recently for a problem with our toilet. All of the work they undertake is to an extremely high standard, I would never consider using any other builders. Ana is such a lovely person and so incredibly helpful when it comes to organising/quoting/billing. Andrew is equally as lovely and is such an incredible builder the care he takes in your home is outstanding and the quality of his workman ship is very high.

Andrew and the team created my dream kitchen: I am absolutely delighted, they made sure it was exactly how I wanted it and it looks and works amazingly. Special thanks to Ana for going to to huge lengths to source the flooring I wanted.

We approached Pulse to ask for help with one of our bedrooms and were hoping to find a longer term trusted partner to continue helping us with the rest of the house. I am happy to say we have found that and here are all the reasons why. The quote was very clear, communication was excellent, when the situation changed they were on it, we had a whatsapp group so they could check in with us, they did what they said they were going to do, provided options and advice, were professional and good to have around! The work is superb and we are extremely happy with it!

We used Pulse Refurbishment for our loft conversion and installation of a downstairs toilet. They were incredible and honestly that's an understatement! Andrew is so talented and skilled, he did bespoke joinery in our loft for our daughters bedroom which looks amazing! Ana is so lovely and approachable I actually miss my daily communication with her! She really is the glue that binds everything together, from billing and chasing things to ease the pressure and help things run smoothly. They have since been back to do more decorating in the other bedrooms and I'd happily have them back again.

Complete rip out of old kitchen and built-in dressers in diner. Installation of new kitchen units and appliances. Floating shelves built in alcoves. Decorating, tiling and laying luxury vinyl flooring. Andrew was very helpful with the planning and design stage, and liaising with suppliers. He is a conscientious workman, who cares about all the small details. Ana helps to keep us informed, keep everything on track, and keep morale high with her delicious baking! They make a great team, and we are delighted with how the project turned out.
