Replacement boiler and shower pump
Bob fitted a new boiler and shower pump in our property. He then returned to respond to tenants' queries about the boiler. He took the time to go through things with them in detail, including demonstrating calculations on an app. When the shower pump failed, he arranged for a replacement to be covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Fixed a broken shower
Brilliant service from these plumbers. They didn't charge when they came before Christmas to assess the damage. Then they booked us in for January as they said they would and turned up on time. The shower is now fixed. Friendly and helpful service. The invoice wasn't pricey either. Plus they texted when they were on their way. Highly recommend.
