My shower handle stopped working and I was unsure how to fix. Joe offered to come and try and fix it on initial call out whereas other plumbers quoting on Checkatrade were only offering to take a look on first call out and not fix until a second visit, plus suggesting to replace a part which I suspected didn’t need to be replaced. Joe was pragmatic and honest and came and fixed it without needing to replace the part. I appreciated the fact Joe didn’t try to over complicate the job/create a bigger job for himself like some of his competitors clearly tried to do. Will definitely reuse.

Joe from punch plumbing removed and fitted our new bathroom, which included moving the shower location, and moving the toilet location. They were professional, clean and tidy, and great communication! Would highly recommendd
