The Company proved prompt, competent and efficient right from the moment I made the initial enquiry. The timings I was given each time throughout the whole process, were fulfilled each and every time. I was kept fully updated throughout, so I new how the work was progressing. Any queries I had were dealt with promptly and explained fully and dealt with swiftly. The communication was excellent throughout the whole process. Being in a conservation area the process was somewhat complicated as council approval was needed to erect scaffolding. Throughout the licence application process, erection of scaffolding and repairs we were kept fully informed at every stage.
