  Stuart is absolutely amazing, twice I’ve had a blocked toilet and he’s given impeccable service. Nothings a problem and he get the job done in no time. I couldn’t recommend him enough!

  Stu gave a fixed price after seeing a photo of the problem, came round very quickly and had it sorted no problem. Nice guy and explained what he was doing as he did it.

  Cannot recommend enough - after having 4 previous plumbers unable to figure out the issue, the job was sorted so swiftly. Fully explained the situation, sorted quickly and I'm confident it is fixed forever. Massive bonus was the job cost way less than quoted. 10/10, will definitely be recommending to others!

  Diagnose and rectify a fault on a combi boiler.

  From a previous brief conversation Mr Purdy was able to ascertain where the fault probably lay in the system and accordingly brought the correct replacement parts with him. That ensured a speedy repair and his pricing overall was more than fair. No call out fee and no markup on the spares cost.

  Can't fault Stuart - I've used him twice for small jobs where things have gone wrong, and each time he was able to really quickly identify the problem and fix it. Polite, friendly, willing to go the extra mile. I'll definitely be using him again.
