I would highly recommend Pure Clean Drainage to anybody who needs drainage work carrying out. From contacting the company for a quote to the day the job was going to be completed I was kept up to date at every step. James and Joe have just completed the soak away and I am so happy with the way the job has turned out. James has explained everything he was going to do to make sure I was happy with what they were going to do. Apart from looking at new gravel you wouldn't have thought they had been. They've left the property as clean and tidy as they found it. So happy with there work :-)

There was a problem with with the initial installation of the paving slabs due to a misunderstanding This was corrected with replacement of paving without any fuss. The company and inatallation team were professional at all times. We were treated with civility and courtesy at every stage. The measure of a good company is their attitude to things going wrong and their willingness to put it right. This company passed with flying colours. Particular mention to James, the team leader and Helon in the office. Job well done!

We would recommend pure clean drainage. They did a really good job removing 30 tonnes of rubble from the garden plus the re design of the garden. They were helpful and reliable. Also they helped us to re design with good suggestions and whenever we emailed we always received a reply within 24 hours.

Super land drains job done on our waterlogged lawn. Alex and co arrived on time and did a brilliant job fitting the new drainage. Tidied up nicely afterwards too. Excellent. Recommended.

This company installed a sunken pump to solve flooding at the end of the garden several years ago, it has worked flawlessly. Yesterday it stopped pumping, the company came out immediately and solved the problem. Most impressed with their speed of coming out, making sure problem fixed and giving us advice. Highly recommended!

We were impressed with PCD from our initial enquiry all the way through to having the submersive pump installed. Luke turned up on time to appraise the job, was thoroughly knowledgeable giving us huge confidence the company could remedy the issue. Ben, in the office, kept us fully informed of the scheduling of the project and the costs, and Matt fully communicated with us ahead of the work being undertaken. The two guys who installed the pump, Alex and Ed were punctual, polite, and friendly. They took reference pictures throughout the works and they left the project neat and tidy.
