Hamdy was the best. He installed the A/C unit perfectly and without being asked fixed a bunch of other little things, like the kitchen tap that was loose. I was having a problem with the unit just now, several years after installation and he came straight over, fixed it at no charge. He is a proper gentleman.

I contacted them on Thursday with a video showing the work, they gave me a reasonable quote after giving me some advice. I agreed to the works they came and installed a new AC the next day! I love that kind of service! I was already happy with the service when I was then contacted by Hamdi the evening after installation letting me know I had accidentally overpaid him by £500 and promptly transferred it back to me. A few days after the install I noticed an small issue with the condensate pump, I let Hamdi know, he was able to come out and replace it that same evening in a few minutes.
