I am very happy with the service and product. Mike turned up promptly and was friendly and very efficient in his work, even in some pretty bad weather! The office staff and representative sent earlier were also extremely helpful so I would have no hesitation in recommending Pure Energy to anyone.

Pure Energy have been brilliant, everyone at the office is unfailingly kind and helpful if I don't understand something, and their engineers who fitted my system Ryan and Arran were the best. They worked tidily and efficiently, nothing was too much trouble, and they were happy to explain everything so I understood. Start to finish this has been excellent service. Thank you all.
To fit a battery storage system for our solar panels.
Arrived at the time estimated by the office staff. Friendly, helpful and cleaned up after themselves once the work was done. Also took time to help me set up and log in on the app to run the system.
