I recently reviewed this company after a bad experience of the workers leaving a mess and recommending work that didn’t need doing. After this, Jordan from Pure Flow Drainage messaged me and was sincerely apologetic as he was not aware of the situation. He offered and paid a partial refund for the inconvenience. I cannot delete my previous review on checkatrade so writing another review to show a more positive outcome in the end. Thanks

Very quick response, same day inspection, next day work carried out, very friendly and helpful workers, and considering they were working in 30 degree heat with no shade, they were polite and cheerful, Thanks for all the help.

Blocked manhole in the garden. They came out but didn’t get the message to park at the back gate so brought their equipment through my house and after unblocking the sh** out the manhole brought it back through my house and tracked sh** through it as well. They suggested that the pipes were displaced and there was root ingress so it would need lining. (They only put the camera about 5m in) and quoted me £1600 to do so. I have since had Severn Trent Water out and the drain is STW responsibility to repair if damaged as it is a shared lateral drain, AND STW CCTV’d the drain 30m+ and said it’s ok

Repaired a broken drain pipe underneath my garden patio in 3 hours including restoring the patio. They came in a team of 3 young men with various dedicated equipment for the job, left with a clean patio like nothing happened. Also, very quick and easy communication with the company manager to get a quote and book the job. Highly appreciated and recommended.

We were very impressed by the quality and speed of service that we received. The people who completed the job were friendly, polite and respectful.

Turn up really quickly, did a great job, very tidy. Happy to recommend.
