Heat Pump
Pure Green installed a heat pump at my elderly parents' home in March last year. It has broken down repeatedly due to incorrect installation; customer service has been appalling each time and they've been left with no heating on a regular basis. Don't touch this outfit with a bargepole.

Fitting solar PV panels, Air source Heat Pump and electric vehicle wall charger.
Pure Green did a superb job of advising us on energy-efficient, low-carbon heating and electricity, and then fitted it. Their chairman Danny is personally involved and very hands-on, the technicians and plumbers are excellent, and Ed the electrician is most efficient and helpful. As are the office and admin team. We could not recommend this firm more highly.

Installation of Air Source Heat Pump, new cylinder and 7 new radiators
I can't speak highly enough of the team at Pure Green Energy. From start to finish they have been an absolute pleasure to work with. The install team were polite, tidy, extremely accommodating throughout, and the quality of the work is to the highest standard. Highly recommend.

We would just like to express our thanks to all the Team at Pure Green for an excellent job on these two projects. Their co-ordination and teamwork have been outstanding.
