  Fitting additional radiators

  I invited Daniel round to provide a quote for installing a bathroom and an airing cupboard radiator, he was very punctual and discussed what I needed to do to achieve my desired outcome. On the day of the planned work Daniel arrived exactly on time, and got on with the job straight away. I was impressed with his the methodical and tidy work method, fantastic attention to detail, and he was more than happy to discuss my other queries and offer advice without distraction. I would 100% recommend Pure Heat to anyone!!!

  New boiler fitted

  Dan was absolutely amazing. He diagnosed the problem fast and fitted a new boiler. He's kind, polite and hard working. He cleaned up after himself and wiped all surfaces down and hoovered. I would 100% recommend him. Kerrie

  Repair to broken gas heating systems

  Daniel responded extremely quickly to my request for help and arrived first thing the next day. He spent a little time accurately diagnosing the problem, gave a very accurate and reasonable quote for the work, which I accepted. He was then able to carry out the work using parts from the extensive array he has access to. He was conscientious in testing the system afterwards and offer to clean up after the job which was appreciated. Best of all was the follow up call the next day to make sure everything was still working as expected. This was an unexpected but stand out courtesy. Thanks

  Sorted out a incorrectly installed Hive system

  Called Dan on new years eve... after having a Hive system fitted by someone else that was not working and blowing the central heating fuse. Dan arrived promptly at the time he said he would. Diagnosed the fault in no time... informed me that the wrong Hive receiver had been installed. Dan waited for me to go to Screwfix and pickup the correct system. He then install the correct system and tested. Both Dan and coworker were fantastic. I highly recommend using Pure Heat

  Kitchen tap had fallen off, toilet leaking and Electric shower leaking

  I was given Dan's contract details by my parents neighbours who said they have used him and has proved to be very reliable and always does a great job. When I contacted Dan he responded back very fast and was able to visit and fixed all the issues I had. I strongly recommend Dan and his company for anyone who needs plumbing and central heating assistance. I have found it's very difficult to find a good reliable plumber who does what they say they will do and turns up on time (or even at all) Thanks Dan!!
