Total rip off. Prayed on venerable elderly with door to door sales. Said they flew a drone over the house (no permission or drone certificate). Charged £4,000 for a new battern, some felt and a few reclaimed tiles. When asked to deal with POA and show proof of work carried out, refused and was talked to in such a condescending way. Have had to report online fraud and am kn motions with solicitor and small claims court. Please do not use this company!!!
