Avoid this company at all costs – unreliable and possibly a scam. I booked them for an end of tenancy clean, and they cancelled at the very last minute, leaving me in a terrible position with no time to find a replacement. Even worse, they never returned my deposit despite promising to do so – and now they’re completely uncontactable: no replies to messages, calls ignored, and basically vanished. Because of their failure to show up, I ended up losing hundreds from my tenancy deposit due to the property not being professionally cleaned. Extremely unprofessional and borderline fraudulent.
