Barry was polite and professional with the toilet issue at my rental property. I also found him accommodating with my communication needs through text messages, which makes it so much easier and comfortable. I have used Barry before. Extremely reliable. Came out promptly to deal with two leaking cisterns. And dealt with the problem with his usual care and clear communication of what was required. Barry has provided plumbing services at my home for 8 years. Work has always been carried out with great care and attention. Most recently I asked Barry to take a look at a couple of old radiators which weren't heating up. I suspected that the system need a power flush but that it might be more cost effective to install a couple of new radiators. Barry wasn't convinced and asked me to do a couple of tests. The results confirmed his suspicion that the system needed balancing. Its a large house with 6 bedrooms and Barry did the balancing in an hour with all radiators heating up as required.
