Job location: NR13very open and consice about the entire process, was happy to give me advice before hiring them for the job to help and my decision to buy the property and then proceeded to carry out the work very efficiently10 Fir this particular job one has to be prepared yo leave to house for 6 hours

As I had indicated I was time pressurised the operative came early in the window given . He went over what would be done and answered questions I had thought of BEFORE I asked them . He was extremely helpful and reassuring , left a card with instructions of how to go forward and tidied up afterwards. I had to hire Pure Maintenance from afar, trusting my judgement to get rid of mould in several places in my rented house. They communicated several times during the build up to the job. They sent me photos of the problem before treatment and after treatment and I was pleasantly surprised by how clean the walls were. As I didn't get the survey carried out beforehand I wasn't given a guarantee for the works but they have sent me a certificate for the work and they assure me that the mould shouldn't come back unless there's a ongoing problem.Verified reviewerJob location: NN110 Worth every penny
