  Boiler change and fit 3new radiators. Change pipework to radiators.

  Awful. Clearly didn’t flush and dose the system with chemicals which was quoted. 3 new radiators full of back sludge. Should have changed valve and pump to make new boiler work with system but not their responsibility apparently to check our existing system apparently. Drilled several holes through a wall, stained carpets as used no protection, no supervision. Had to complain more than once to get repairs made. Refusing to credit flush and dose as suggesting it was free despite being listed as an item in their £6k quote. Offered to return to resolve but at our cost. Fuming.

  itemised cost 1 - Supply and install a new heat only boiler in place of the existing heat only boiler, Cold mains flush of heating system ( NOT A POWER FLUSH )We did not price to replace the circulating pump as there is no issues with the existing pump. On upgrading the boiler a existing problem was highlighted , The customer has a gate valve installed as a bypass between the primary flow / return, whilst this will work with old boiler it is creating issues with new modern boiler and requires replacing with automatic bypass We would not advise nor send a quote to replace something that isn’t known to us when surveying the job. 2 – Plumbing works in kitchen and utility renovations working along side builder We can not issue a refund for something we have not charged for nor quoted for and there for have not completed. Our engineer accidently drilled through there wall when installing boiler , this was filled then on completion of all the works we sent a reputable Painting company to site to fill / paint the wall in a colour of there choice at no extra cost to themselves.

  A whole new heating and water system

  Richard Adamson and his crew of merry men not only are a delight to welcome in your home but give 200 % . They turn up on time , work hard and give you a full day.....they are professional with attention to getting it right. They are clean and tidy too.......would recommend highly if you want your job done properly......

  Rich was amazing, he came early in the morning before his started his other jobs to look at the work needed. My father is 87 years and vulnerable, I had no worries and had total trust. I highly recommend this company
