Water softener installation
The whole team at Puretech has treated every step of the installation hugely professionally. From my initial query to commissioning, and even returning to replace a faulty seal (manufacturer at fault). Anthony (engineer) and Sophie (office) were both incredibly helpful answering my questions about the unit prior to my placing the order, and the aftersales has been top-notch. I’d wanted a water softener for a long time and have always been put off by the sales tactics employed and prices offered by the big well-known companies. Puretech exceeded my expectations - wholeheartedly recommended.
