The work was completed efficiently and to a high standard, with no surprises or hidden costs. However, the first date we had set with them they never turned up, and only wrote to us about it afterwards, so we were waiting at home all day. The second date they set they told us 9am but didn't turn up until just before 11am, and told us it was actually meant to be a 9-11 window. They did however offer a discount for the inconvenience of rearranging the date, and were polite and apologetic about it.

Ash is amazing and would defo recommend. However they are useless at answering there phones. I’ve had no hot water for a week after work was done, myself or my partner cannot get hold of anyone to sort this out so would be mindful for people using this in the future.

the company contacted me giving a very competitive quote, from the point of excepting and given same day appointment I was kept updated till my fitter arrived l. he was very pleasant and done the job to a high standard. He then packed the rubbish and disposed of it I am very happy with this company the quickness the professionalism all-round A Good Job 👍
