Overall, very happy with job, 24 hours after completion. Nice, friendly service and despite some minor paintwork chips, really clean job around frames and less damage than anticipated given the nature of job. Good advice given and would strongly recommend as a service. Very personal and professional to deal with compared to others who were silly and childish upon meeting. Reliable and trustworthy in my estimation and no problems with service or work quality. Communication good also, with emails answered promptly in lead up to work completion. Very approachable and felt could ask anything.

Rob was impressively professional from the initial inspection of the work that needed to be undertaken through to providing the guarantee after the work was complete . He was honest and authoritative with his initial appraisal and recommendation of what would be the most appropriate windows. He was really clear with all communication and provided his estimate quickly. We had several estimates for the job and this was a fair price for the work that was undertaken . The job was done quickly , the results are impressive and excellent quality . We are very pleased with the windows and service .
