    Pat and his team did a great job. Communication was excellent - he replied promptly to questions and kept us informed of any delays. The team kept things tidy and did a neat job. I must say, they were probably the most cheerful tradesmen we have ever had in the house (there was a lot of singing!) - and that surely means they enjoy their work!
