I recently had a problem with my alarm system and ended up calling Pyro-Sec, whom I mistakenly thought was my alarm provider. It was an odd time in the evening and I was surprised anybody even picked up. Upon finding out that I wasn’t their customer, instead of turning me away, Matt offered me his time, expertise and kindness to help me figure out my problem. It was a genuinely selfless gesture and it was clear that he knew exactly what he was talking about. Service providers like him deserve the business. Thank you for your support - the problem got sorted! Highly recommend this professional.

Can not recommend more. It was a very big job. With concerns of keeping residents safe while work was taken out. I did not need to be concerned. Chris was so good with residents making sure he moved tools and and made safe as he went. We had lots of great fire safety advice aswell. I didn’t realise that the guys had done dementia training as well what a great thing to do. Making sure they were able to understand residents while working in the home. Lovely.
