I am delighted with my bathroom, so much so that I’ve asked Geoff to do the downstairs one too! Geoff helped with everything: recommending suppliers of the bathroom, the flooring and the tiles; designing the bathroom; choosing the colour of the paint; guiding me with the colour of the flooring; re-plastering; tiling; fitting the bathroom. Thank you! Not only is Geoff really good at his job, but he is also friendly, reliable and a speedy communicator. Nothing is a problem. I highly recommend him.

Geoff from QF properties recently helped upgrade our bathroom and we cannot recommend him enough. Very polite and professional. He took time to listen to what we wanted and made great suggestions. He takes pride in his work and completes to a high standard. Also a really nice guy!

Hired Geoff to replace outdated shower cubicle. He has an excellent work ethic starting promptly each day and completed the project including removal, installation plumbing, and tiling and all finishing to the highest standard. Really happy with the price, and entire experience can highly recommend.

Geoff is the best. If he says he will turn up and quote, he’ll be there on time. If he says he’ll work then he’ll be there. I’ve used Geoff for large and small projects and I’m always happy with his work and would highly recommend him.

Geoff provided an excellent service from start to finish whilst beautfully renovating three bedrooms for us. He was very helpful with ideas and cost saving ideas. He finished on time and ensured a very high quality finish. I will definitely be using him again and will be recommending him to friends and family wanting first class carpentry and decorating work.

I’m very thankful to Geoff for completely repainting my whole bungalow making it feel a lot fresher and more welcoming than it did when I first took ownership of the property . I now feel happy to come home. He stripped off all the (very) old wall paper and sanded down the walls to make sure I had a good foundation for any future work . He also painted all the woodwork and doors . Geoff is trustworthy , responsive , good value for money and hardworking . I highly recommend him for a variety of renovation work .
