  Dave at QH1 was the only responder on Check a trade for the original job and came back to me on the Bank Holiday hoping to source the part for the following day. On the Tuesday I was able to source the parts required and did the repair myself and also repaired a faulty air vent on the central heating cylinder which I had noticed was weeping. I contacted Dave and mentioned that I needed a service on my boiler anyway... Josh Dave`s son contacted me shortly afterwards to confirm that he would come and do the service that afternoon, he checked the work I had done and carried out the service.

  Absolute 5 star service from QHI from start to finish. Posted the job Tuesday morning, within 30 minutes had a phone call to discuss what work needed doing. They gave me a quote of pretty much what I was expecting and told me the fitter could do the job today. The guys that turned up later that afternoon were great. They were extremely professional and even went above and beyond what was expected. One of the guys had the same model fridge freezer and talked me through how to do a few bits with the ice and water that I wasn't aware of. Great experience, would definitely hire QHI for future jobs

  Dave and his team were fantastic from the first phone call right to the last day. We had a considerable amount of work we wanted completed which required elictrical, plumbing and plastering work. I'm confident Dave and his team are qualified to tackle any job within a house and complete it to a professional standard. They put the ideas we had into reality exactly how we wanted. What we loved is that the business is very family orientated and the team worked seamlessly together. If you go with Q H I you won't be dissapointed. Thank you all once again

  Excellent service , called out and was here within 30 mins , hot water issue rectified and boiler serviced at short notice while onsite , really appreciate the quick and professional service and approach, thank you and would recommend

• Shower tray installed

  Removed shower tray and surrounding frame and replaced with new tray. DAVE and his colleague were very meticulous. Took away all the rubbish and tray. Worked very cleanly and explained what they were doing at each step. Workmanship was excellent and we are very pleased with the finished result

  Absolutely fantastic from start to finish can not fault them. Family ran business and so friendly. Honestly couldn't do more for me. They tried to keep my costs down as much as possible . Multi talented family can do more than just pluming. Will be using them for all future household adventures.
