    From start to finish, the service was excellent. Communication was clear and prompt, and he was very flexible in arranging a convenient time. He was punctual, polite, and kept me updated throughout the job. Everything was explained clearly, with full transparency about costs, so there were no surprises. The taps were replaced quickly and to a very high standard. I was impressed with how professional and informative he was, and it’s reassuring to know I now have a plumber I can rely on. He will definitely be my first choice for any future plumbing work.

    toilet wouldn't stop flushing, job ended up being simpler than first thought, price was adjusted.

    Mark did an amazing job installing our outside tap! He was professional, efficient, and really knew his stuff. The tap looks great and works perfectly. Highly recommend his services!

    New waste fitted

    Good price, reliable, trustworthy and honest

    Contacted Mark my go to plumber today to see if he could fit a new kitchen tap as I had a family party at the weekend. Mark has carried out extensive work for me over the last two years including refitting two bathrooms, one en-suite, downstairs cloakroom and also a full plumbing renovation including central heating. Thank you Mark I know it was short notice but once again you saved the day. As always a good price with a 12 month labour guarantee, with peace of mind. Thank you once again 5 stars all the way *****

    Hot Water Cylinder Replacement

    Required a new hot water cylinder to be installed, when making initial contact with Mark, he came across very friendly over the phone and was very efficient when coming to review the works that we was looking to have carried out. From the first visit to completion, Mark was very polite and very professional and went the extra mile to carry out the works required. Very tidy work! would highly recommend to all.
