AVOID
AVOID THIS COMPANY! QQ Electrical services Ltd installed a new consumer unit. After installation, the mains circuit did not work so I had no working sockets. He refused to get it working as he said he had to pick hid kids up from school but could return in 2 weeks! He said I should find another electrician if I needed the issue fixing sooner! Thank you for your feedback. Our agreed quote was strictly for a fuseboard upgrade, which was completed to high standards and certified. Your review relates to pre-existing DIY wiring faults discovered at the property after the works were completed. While we repaired one of the unquoted DIY issues in the time available, we could not stay indefinitely to troubleshoot the remaining faults without a new booking. We appreciate the annoyance caused, but we cannot take responsibility for incomplete or poor DIY electricals outside the agreed scope of works.

Electrical safety report
Prompt response and excellent service in a professional and friendly manner on our house which had been extended 20 years ago by the previous landlord and therefore needs an updated electrical inspection. Thomas completed the work professionally and explained all the concerns and make suggestions in full details. EIC for building completion
We had outstanding electrical inspection for our building completion. our previous builders abandoned the project. I was anxious as I've had an electrician previously for some other minor work and they had a go at the old house and the state of the electrics etc. Thomas was so kind and polite, he doesn't dramatise things or overly criticise everything. Actually, he was exactly what I needed: he inspected the electrics; checked they were safe, and explained important things. I really value that he approached the job with a view of keeping disruption to me at a minimum and saving me from unecessary cost. In terms of communication he is responsive and I have to say his guidance has not led me wrong so far.
