Nav and his team did my flooring both laminate and carpeting for my property. He was really good at recommending the best flooring that looked good and fit my budget. He was really understanding of delays due to building works and painting jobs and always responded to queries and requests very quickly, and even helped us out with getting the carpets set just before he went on holiday. Very Professional the work was completed in 1 day. Affordable price compared to other Companies out there. Would definitely recommend. Although we didn't get leveling done before fitting on LVT flooring there is a slight bounce when walking on it due to not leveling before fitting but that costs extra which we decided not to do leveling because of extra cost. Overall communication was very good and customer service was very good. Quote is also sent to you beforehand after taking measurements etc. Good work overall 👍

Great experience with the team at Quality Carpets. They did the vinyl flooring in two bedrooms at the flat beautifully. The team arrived on time and completed the flooring within time as well and from booking till completion they kept us in the loop.
