We have used Tom a number of times over the years and didn't hesitate to request a quote from him for LVT Flooring for our new kitchen and living area extension Tom was extremely professional and flexible for our multiple visits to the shop and his own visits to us. This was not a simple job as it was installation of LVT across new extension and into the existing part of a house that is over a 100 years ago but we are delighted with the final product that exactly met our expectations Wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use again

From the very start, we received a knowledgeable and professional service. Fitting day went smoothly with minimum fuss, timely and with great attention to detail. Faultless service. From coming out to measure up the same day of my online query bring a great selection of samples. Verbal quote given and short time later email quote received. Day of appointment - phoned to ask if could arrive early, perfect with me. Absolutely professional service, carpet installation perfect, and impressive cleanup afterwards. Great price and great service - will be using for all my flooring needs in future and recommending to all friends and family.

Wonderful surface from visit visiting their shop and selecting LVT with the help of Tom two arranging convenient dates for me measuring and fitting. On all appointments, Tom arrived spot on time. Floor was fitted over the course of two days. Tom arrived with his colleague Malcolm on day of fitting , both were extremely friendly and professional. They removed white goods whilst floor was fitted and replaced once completed, which was extremely helpful. Our floor looks stunning and we are totally blown away with how fantastic it is looks, like two new rooms. Definitely recommend. Thank you 🙂

Very pleased with Tom and Malcolm. Their diligence, efficiency, excellent attitude and clear trade skills resulted in a superb job. They fitted lounge, dining room, hall, stairs and landing carpet. The carpet is also the quality we were looking for. Will be using QCF in future.
