The gentleman who came to repair a locked door was very pleasant and did the work However, the work carried out was initially estimated at approximately £85/£90 for new lock and repair but turned out to cost £315 plus new gear required The gentleman left the door with new lock and came back with a quote for gear at £320- after being bitten by the £315 charge, I decided to source the gear myself and found an original replacement at £85, fraction of £320 quoted.Verified reviewerJob location: N20Response from Quality Locksmiths
