Rich was amazing! Brilliant service with excellent communication. An incredible job on re doing my bath. The work he did was incredible and made such an improvement on thr bathroom as well as giving out advice and tips to help make it last longer. Always went the extra mile. We had our kitchen sealed ands mastic’d, with the end finish looking incredibly neat! The work was completed quickly, efficiently and with great advice and recommendations on what would look best throughout the process.

I used Quality Mastics for tidying up my 3 years old house where some movement had left gaps around showers & flooring. Ritchie was very good at removing old and cleaning up areas before applying new mastic to all areas that needed it. He also sorted out a few areas around our showers that had water getting in and needed extra attention, which could have been a much bigger problem if left too much longer. Ritchie is very polite and respectful and I can thoroughly recommend his work. Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for.

Cannot fault Richie’s work and care is taken to consider the colour of mastic used to blend in with tiling. Richie is a pleasure to have in your home, excellent job, all mess taken care of. I have no hesitation in recommending him.

The 4th person to come and attempt to reseal this shower cubicle and the most professional by far. I could see he did a thorough job and even sent me a video of what he had done afterwards. Would not hesitate to use again

Rich was brilliant. Clearly someone who takes great pride in their work and is just what you want from any tradesman. Polite, cleaned up and most importantly an excellent job. He is now the go to guy and I will be recommending him to family and friends.
