It was a bank holiday Friday and Dennis was a fair distance form my property looking forward to his long weekend. However, having explained the problem he agreed to attend as an emergency visit and arrived within the hour. Just by listening carefully he found the source and quickly dealt with the visiting rodent which was trapped in an extremely awkward place. He laid traps, poison and sticky pads to hopefully prevent any further problems and carefully checked all other possible areas for evidence of infestation. He took time to explain and advise and was calm and professional throughout.

Had an issue with Black Garden Ants we had 2 visits , the procedure and fee were explained over the phone . The gentleman arrived on time recapped what he was going to do and got on with the job, saw an immediate improvement after the first visit and the second one is just the final part of the treatment. Have been pleased with the results

Dennis is punctual, thoughtful when entering our property and always seeking permission before going anywhere. He quickly decided what vermin was present and how he could eradicate it. He also went beyond that by walking me around the outside of our property to look for likely entry points and suggesting what remedial work would ideally be done by other traders to block them. He is polite, thoughtful and thorough and although the job now appears to have been completed, he has offered to come back again, free of charge, to check.

Dennis was efficient, great at explaining what he was doing and what would work as well as having a cheery demeanour. He got rid of the mice in the first go but came back to check a couple of times. He was very concerned about not leaving a mess and making sure I had no worries. He was the most helpful, friendly and efficient tradesman I have met and I would have no hesitation in recommending him if you ever have any concerns about pests.
