  Sand and vanish floors

  Hugely disappointed at service and end product. Explicitly told workers where to leave keys(the post box). Ended coming home and finding out key were left in the door. Couldn’t get in and had to call a locksmith. Vendor agreed that they’d cover cost of this error. Instead they’ve stopped responding to emails to avoid addressing the issue. In addition the quality of service was poor. There is still damaged wood visible, floor is scratched and varnish blotchy. Again, my emails on this are being ignored. AVOID this company.

  Downstairs floor sanded and refinished, engineered wood laid upstairs, creaky floors fixed

  Toopa was quick to come see things, assured me they could do it all, but took a while to actually give a quote. Price seemed reasonable. They started on Wednesday, said would finish by Saturday. Finally finished a week later than this after fixes. Sanding and repairing downstairs engineered wood floor was good, but new finish was not as smooth as hoped. I had to argue for an extra coat. They also left a bunch of old boards and other rubbish in the backyard. Upstairs did a really bad job at attaching new skirtings, just a few random nails, not straight. Came back to fix, but still a mess.

  Floor sanding and varnish

  Really pleased with the result. They have done such a great job. I had an extra request and they did it with no extra charge.

  Floor Sanding

  Initial contact, quote and correspondence with Toopa was great. His tam were sent round to complete the work which was all completed in one day, the team were also friendly. We are happy with most of the work but there was some damage and they failed to colour match replacement boards (we weren't even told/asked about this) and we weren't able to easily access the workspace whilst the work was being done. Bit disappointed, they they didn't return to fix this as they had been paid in full!

  Sand and polish and apply lacquer to my old floorboards

  I am very happy with the job Quality Sanders have done. The guys doing the job were nice and hard working. The floors look amazing. Thank you all.

  Sanding and varnishing my hall and dining room floors.

  The company was very easy and prompt to deal with and the price was good. On the day the sander arrived and worked extremely hard, completing all the work in a single day. I was very pleased. He also put a new floorboard in my bathroom at no extra cost.
