Front Door Lock fixed
Reg and just finish sorting out my old sticking mortice deadlock, swift and professional, the lock was about 30 years old and well used, it is working perfectly now, will definitely use again and will certainly recommend to others, thank you Reg

To gain entry into an antique chest.
Reg was brilliant. I have an antique chest which has been locked for over 50 years. The key has been lost for some time. I was worried that the box might have to be damaged to get in. Reg was great he got the box opened in no time at all with no damage. I now have a key to lock amd unlock my chest. Really friendly and a lovely chap. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. Thanks Reg.

Repair a Weru patio door
Repaired a Weru patio door that had a broken spring in mechanism, very efficient and friendly engineer, came back when promised to fit a new spring, which had to come from Germany.

Repair sliding doors and install new locks
Arrived on time. Carried out a full service to our 2 large sliding doors. They now open and close beautifully, plus fitted 2 x new kite marked locks to the doors. Very polite, no mess, very efficient, would recommend.

Serviced multi lock mechanism of aluminium French door resulting in top latch engaging again to lock
Excellent customer service. Reg was able to arrive swiftly to look at my job. Reassured me over the phone, if a part was required to be ordered to fix the door, then it would be secured in the meantime. Options were clearly explained with my choice of how I wanted to progress. 100% recommend Reg who is very personable, worked effectively in a tidy way with the skills to repair my door.
