Reg was brilliant. I have an antique chest which has been locked for over 50 years. The key has been lost for some time. I was worried that the box might have to be damaged to get in. Reg was great he got the box opened in no time at all with no damage. I now have a key to lock amd unlock my chest. Really friendly and a lovely chap. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. Arrived on time. Carried out a full service to our 2 large sliding doors. They now open and close beautifully, plus fitted 2 x new kite marked locks to the doors. Reassured me over the phone, if a part was required to be ordered to fix the door, then it would be secured in the meantime.
