Friendly, diligent and very quick communicator!
We had our locks changed on our front and back door. Brian is very quick to respond! It wasn’t urgent, so I sent an email Friday evening, expecting I would maybe hear on Monday. Brian responded within 5 minutes, offering to change the locks the next morning. He was very helpful and informative, and also helped adjust our slightly wonky front door as an aside. We would recommend him to anyone in the area.

Quick response - excellent service
Brian came to fix my UPVC patio french doors which would not lock - they needed realigning and a fixture moved. He also sorted out the alignment of my modern UPVC front door which had been not catching properly, and while we were at it he fixed my loft hatch lock as the key would not come out when locked. Thank you for a super quick response time and fantastic personable service.

Excellent service
We contacted Brian at Quantum Locksmiths after finding we couldn’t relock our back door. He diagnosed the problem quickly, explained clearly how it could be fixed & then, much to our relief, did just that. I’d certainly use him again and recommend to anyone else. He was professional, friendly & didn’t waste any time carrying out the work.

We’d been struggling with a patio door that kept jamming, and Brian was fantastic from start to finish. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly very experienced. Nice people, great job!
I used Quantum for recent lock replacements at my new house. After enquiring, Brian from Quantum got back to me very promptly, and I booked him in to do the work a few days later. The work was high quality, completed swiftly and Brian was a pleasure to deal with.
