I contacted Quantumweb Ltd. Following a failed smart meter installation. I had no power to any sockets, no hot water, no heating and it was past 5.30pm on Tuesday evening. They arrived within an hour, Mason and Harry managed to get the hot water, heating and half of the sockets back on leaving us happy at 8.30pm I got a call on Wednesday from Helena in Quantumweb accounts with a quote for follow up work to find the fault. This was booked in for Tuesday pm after the Easter weekend. The guy’s arrived on time found the fault and repaired it. They were efficient, knowledgable and value for money.

They were very efficient, tidy and professional. Would 100% recommend these guys they done a fab job! Overall great service. The electrician was friendly and explained what he was doing throughout. 5 stars from us!

I contacted Quantum for a quotation to install external garden lighting and a couple of external sockets on the rear of our house, having been recommended their services from a friend. Mason and Harry came around the same day to provide a quotation, which was very reasonable for the work involved and cheaper than another two firms! They were able to get us booked in within a couple of weeks and we were very delighted with the result. Would highly recommend to anyone else looking for electrical work.
