QPCL attended and treated the infestation which sorted the problem for a while. When asked to return under their 12 month guarentee they did not attend and then stopped answering my telephone calls. Job not done properly but they happily took the money.

Don't trust these people - we've had major problems with rats and they sold us their "guarantee" for £2.5k. Very unreliable when it comes to scheduling (we interacted with Hussam/Daniel) and when they actually attend they just shine a light around and tell you there's nothing they can do. We've eventually hired someone else and are now trying to get our money back which isn't easy given their customer service doesn't respond to emails...  Will probably have to sue. Do yourself a favour and stay away as far as possible from this company.
