Absolutely brilliant. A squirrel fell down the chimney and ended up in the wood burner. It was terrified and so was I! Neighbours tried to help but none of us knew what to do. I rang Steve, who was reassuring and helpful. He came to the house late in the afternoon and tried to get the squirrel out, but it kept darting back up the chimney. He finally rigged up a trap and returned first thing next day to remove the squirrel. It was a relief to find someone so calm and professional - he knows what he’s doing and he’s patient and thoughtful. Highly recommended - I’d definitely call him again.

Steve was amazing. He messaged me on here and was at ours the next day. He was honest and up front with his charges ( which were much more affordable than his cometitors). He confirmed where we thought the mouse had come in from and assured us it wasn't an infestation. He also located how he thought it had got in from the outside. He placed poison and gave us next steps for the coming days. He also very kindly told us to message him if we needed anything. He charged £60 for the visit where some of his competitors were quoting £200-300!! I've kept his details for future reference.

Fantastic work carried out by Steve! He communicated well, knew his stuff regarding wasps and their nesting habits. He also guarantees his work so if we notice the wasp rebuilding the nest he will come back and repeat the treatment. We thought his pricing was very competitive and he turned up when agreed. All in all we are very happy customers! Thanks Steve!

Following a message on Sunday, Steve was with us and fixing our problem on Monday morning! Very knowledgeable and efficient, the problem was sorted immediately and we had a follow-up visit to make sure we were clear and to close off the ingress hole.
