We used Quintes from Quint Interiors Ltd as a QS for a large care home project where he also project managed the interior works. He was an excellent surveyor and project manager who was accurate, kept costs low and ensured that all works and variations were completed to a high standard, were accounted for and billed. We find Qunit Interiors Ltd to be extremely professional and easy to work with and will definitely use their services again.
