Morgan's communication is good. He explained all aspects of the work. His quote was similar to others I obtained. The work was carried out promptly. The property was left clean. Morgan reinspected the patio work a week later because the fungus was a difficult job. He gave it a second treatment which improved it. Morgan is friendly and professional. He kindly arranged for other experts to visit to help with other maintenance items which was very helpful. In summary very happy to recommend Morgan.
