Phil and his team have done work for us twice now. One was a kitchen extension knocking into the garage and the second was a brick replacement for a plastic conservatory. We are very pleased with the work and can honestly say that Phil's whole team are very clean, tidy and polite. The quality of their work is high and we would not have any other builders working for us.

Phil and his team were a joy to work with from start to finish. A top quality job completed on time and under budget. Nothing was too much trouble during the build, when we asked for tweaks and additions to the original design. We will and have recommended to friends and family without hesitation.

Phil Preston and his excellent team at Quoin became friends and companions over a 8 month refurbishment project. Quoin nurtured us through the build and we are thrilled with the final result, everything we hoped for and more. They maintained a high quality in every aspect of the build. Considerate, skilled workmen who left the site clean and tidy every day, we were kept well informed and the project was run like a military campaign. We cannot praise Quoin enough and they have left us (as commented by a neighbour) with a very handsome house.

From the first meeting they were helpful giving clear comprehendible advice. Work completed ahead of provisional estimate, 10 weeks, despite a delay caused by slow delivery of a component. Work also cost less than the "quote'. It was necessary to repeatedly press for estimates which reflects the fact it is successful business. They were sensitive to the effects of the work on neighbours. A friendly and professional team that was happy to accommodate the needs of the client both at the project level and when necessary they adapted the work schedule for the daily needs of the client.

Phil and his team did a fantastic job and were very easy to work with throughout the build. As they tend to focus on one main project at a time, the build progressed at a good pace and was only a couple of weeks longer than planned due to some unforeseen issues during the early groundwork stage. Overall, we are very pleased with the quality of extension.
