    Lock Repair

    Posted 20 September

door and window alignment, service and repair.

John came within an hour on Sunday, which is surprising as it is hard to find people on Sundays. 🕒✨👍 He explained to me what he would do, told me the appropriate price before starting the work, and completed both to a good-to-excellent standard. 🛠️✅ He is a very hardworking and honest guy; I will definitely use his services in the future. 🌟

    Emergency Locksmith Service

    Professional Service

A rental property was being repossessed via High Court Baliffs at 7am. John was there promptly at 6.45am. There were 3 locks removed and replaced in under 1 hour. I met John of Radani later in the day at the house, where he showed me the work done and gave me the keys. He had also WD40'd the mechanisms in the door and replaced a few lost screws. The service was professional and carried out with his due diligence. I would not hesitate to use them again and can recommend to anyone needing a reliable locksmith service.

    Lock Fitting

    Posted 18 September

Not open and clear about the price

Opened the door locks before we agreed the price, insisting him to tell the price multiple times he was just kind of ignoring where we can settle down at the end. He was talking too much,, did not have the correct size for all the doors. I did not expect 300 pounds for changing 2 locks. I paid since I did I not have time to negotiate due to my work timing.

    Door realignment and cylinder change

John has now become our go-to trusted locksmith: he was proactive, competent and knowledgeable. He took his time to really assess our issue, explained everything in detail and talked us through the steps we need to carry out to ensure our door is maintained to a proper standard. I would recommend his services to anyone!
