Excellent service from start to finish
I recently had windows and doors installed by Radiance Doors & Windows and am extremely pleased with the result. The quality of the workmanship was excellent and everything was completed to a very high standard. A special thank you to Tom and Matt who carried out the installation. They were both friendly and professional throughout the job. Exceptional customer service, attention to detail and superb craftsmanship.
I cannot recommend Radiance Doors Limited highly enough. From the initial conversation with Claire, through to the installation and the after sales follow up, the service I have received from Radiance Doors has been exceptional. I wanted to replace an old UPVC back door with a composite door, but I wanted a specific style. Claire went above and beyond to find the style I wanted, which was perfect. The door was installed promptly and the workmanship from the installation team was excellent. I was so impressed with the quality and the customer service, that I ordered a second door. Excellent Service
We recently had a new front door installed by Radiance Doors and Windows and were really impressed with the whole experience. They are a family-run business and were very knowledgeable, responsive, and offered lots of great ideas and options to help us choose the right product. The service throughout was excellent, and the installation team were friendly, prompt, and very tidy while working.
