  Replace a large bay window and standard kitchen window

  I have used Radiance a number of times to replace windows and doors in our homes and have always been absolutely delighted with the service delivered. So when it was time to replace a large bay window and standard kitchen window at my mums house, there was only one company I was going to use. As expected Radiance delivered another exceptional service in every respect from providing advice and options of what style of windows could be fitted, to a fantastic installation of both windows.

  Arranged a new composite door with Radiance. Reasonable price (they actually told us we’d paid too much so are sorting a refund!), good communication, quick and quality fitting. Really pleased.

  New front door

  We are thrilled with our new front door. The whole process from initial enquiry to fitting was great. Everyone was helpful and friendly and our door looks amazing. Will definitely use when it comes to getting our windows replaced.

  Replacing double glazing panes in tri-fold doors

  Totally positive experience. They came and assessed the job quickly, provided an estimate that was better than the others we had obtained and was specific about the type of glass they would use They set up an appointment in good time, arrived promptly and did the job. After they left, I noticed that the doors wouldn't open. They fixed it very quickly . The only negative was that they didn't check the door opened before they left, but neither did I, and they put it right promptly. Everyone was courteous at all times.

  Windows and door replacement

  I have used Radiance Doors on a number of occasions and will keep coming back. From start to finish they are amazing. All the staff are professional, knowledgeable, punctual and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble and they all go the extra mile. Claire keeps you informed at every step, Richard takes time to listen and advise on options available, the team does a superb job fitting and ensure that the finished job is perfect. I cannot recommend this company enough. Thank you so much for transforming the house. It looks incredible.

  Front door installation

  Claire at Radiance doors was an absolute pleasure to work with. Clare talked to me at length on several ocasions about each aspect of the door design and took a huge amount of care in matching the door to my specific preferences. Claire was also thoughtful in organising practical arrangements for installation, and went out of her way to enquire about door frame width for wheelchair access. On top of the excellent service received during each step of the ordering process, the door itself was promptly sourced and expertly installed. It's also absolutely beautiful, I couldn't be happier with it.
