We couldn’t recommend this company enough, they were fantastic! Richard was full of knowledge & advice during the initial stages when we were choosing our door & windows. Claire was patient, helpful & thorough, making sure each detail was perfect for us. We had a few requests & not once were we made to feel these were difficult to accommodate, including our specific coloured door, slimline bee door knocker & bespoke glass design for our round window. The fitters (Tom & Danny) were friendly, highly skilled & extremely tidy. All held together with great communication & pride in what they do!

I came across Radiance Doors on Facebook last year and this is the second door I've had fitted. I really cannot recommend them enough. They are the most professional, friendly company I have ever had dealings with. From start to finish, nothing was too much trouble. Richard spent time with me discussing options available, I’m not sure how many times I spoke to Claire but she is so friendly, approachable and understanding. Tom and Danny arrived promptly and did an amazing job and again Tom went the extra mile and cleaned all my windowsills. Thank you so much for another perfect experience.

From start to finish radiance doors have been amazing to deal with. Richard , Claire and Emma sorted all the advanced paperwork and ordering, with the installation team (Tom and Danny) doing a superb job on site. Attention to detail first class, tidiness on site, excellent. I really cannot fault them. The windows have transformed the property. I Highly recommend this company.

Radiance Doors is a family business with family values. The Directors, Richard and Claire have been in the window and door industry for a combined total of forty plus years and are very much hands on.

Richard has held senior roles in various related businesses and has built up a strong understanding of what excellent customer service means.
