Poor communication. Poor worksmanship. Avoid at all costs.

We had a great experience with Igor from Radu House Renovation and Carpentry. He built our oak stair balustrade to a very high standard with excellent craftsmanship. Igor was professional, humble, and always happy to answer any questions we had. Communication was smooth throughout, thanks to Mariia, who kept us updated on everything from materials to scheduling. The whole process was efficient and stress-free. We’re genuinely delighted with the outcome and highly recommend their services to anyone seeking skilled workmanship, clear communication, and a reliable, friendly team.

Arriving on time, I was very impressed by the courtesy, kindness and ability of this gentleman.

We hired Igor and his team originally to repair some rotted woodwork on our front porch. I was struck by the attention to detail and extra care the team put in and so asked them to quote on the removal of our kitchen units so damp proofers could remove plaster and inject a new damp proof course. Additionally I asked them to quote on sanding the floor on finish and repainting the newly plastered walls. The team provided a competitive quote and whats more the communication throughout the project was excellent. A difficult job was done to a high standard and with great care.

Couldn't rate Igor and Andrew any higher. They arrived on time, and Igor was very communicative, explaining each step and checking that we were happy with the position of the doors. Even though the frames we had were from the original build of the house, and not completely square, Igor and Andrew worked around them with speed and left a quality result. Price was also very respectable, and both went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the result. Many thanks. Will definitely use again.
