I had work done by this company, and they explicitly stated it was backed by a 3-year guarantee. However, just a year and a half later, the algae has already returned. I have been chasing the company for nearly two months to rectify the issue. Every week they promise to show up, but they never do. Their customer service after receiving payment is incredibly poor. I would strongly suggest using a different company that actually delivers on their promises.

We’d just renovated our cottage & thought we’d need a new roof as it looked awful. RA Exterior Clean did an amazing job. We discovered beautiful old clay tiles & we didn’t need a new roof. Worth every penny!! Thank you!
