A small issue on the roof all done with 4 days of first contacting them, and a decent price - very satisfied.

10/10! Ruben showed up the same day as we noticed a tile had slipped leaving a hole in the roof and the chimney needed repointing at the same time. He gave a quote, explained the process clearly, had organised scaffolding up the next morning and came with his team the day after to complete the work and it has been done to a brilliant standard. Pointing looks lovely and tiles all set back nicely and will hopefully be solid for another few decades. Will use again for any future works.

They resealed 3 of my conservatory roof panels that had slipped. Quick response to the initial job request and came to fix it within a week. Friendly, professional and did a good job

Although I didn’t use Rafferty, due to a change in my circumstances, I felt I needed to leave a review. Ruben came to my property to quote for new guttering and fascia. His communication skills were second to none, calling me three times to keep me updated with his whereabouts and to apologise for being stuck in traffic. His knowledge and expertise were great and he found out further information about EWI before visiting the property, to ensure he was fully informed when discussing the process with me. He talked with me rather than at me, which was a breath of fresh air. Thank you, Ruben.

The job was done quickly and efficiently, everything was cleared away when job was finished. Everything was explained. Would highly recommend, all the team were pleasant and polite.
