Complete refit of bathroom, including removal of old suite, plumbing and change of flooring.
10/10 Thanks to Kev and his team of plumbers and carpenter. They all did a fantastic job, as promised and within the timeframe at the quoted cost. All of the team were professional, friendly, respectful, tidy and very good at their trades. They made the pain of gutting and refitting an entire bathroom easier to tolerate. They were speedy and hard-working and left no mess. I am very pleased with the results! Kev was in communication throughout and when things went wrong with a delivery, he acted immediately and problem solved. 10/10, thanks!
Full kitchen replacement
Kev and the team did a wonderful job on our kitchen and even managed to get it all back working in a week! They did encounter some plumbing issues in the house (downside of an old house!) which Tom the plumber rectified quickly. We found Kev and the team honest, reliable and very polite and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or use them again ourselves.
Kitchen refit and new patio doors
We recently used Rainbow Building on a project to refurbish our kitchen and install new, wider patio doors. Kev has long experience in the industry, and has great attention to detail. He can anticipate and plan for any potential issues that we might encounter, and offer alternative approaches. We had the new kitchen design from Howdens, and Kev organised all the tradesmen (builders, door fitters, plumbers, kitchen fitters). All the tradesmen were great - clearly knew what they were doing, took pride in their work, and were always polite. Overall the project came in on time and budget
Refurbishment of Grade 1 listed flat including new ensuite.
I feel so lucky to have found Rainbow building services. The job was completed on time with no fuss. Everything was done with a meticulous eye for detail by Kev who personally project managed all the trades. What could have been a difficult project was carefully explained and carried out to a high quality finish enabling me to use my time on the design side.
House refurbishment and renovation
Kev and the Rainbow team did a great job on the renovations which included a new kitchen and bathroom as well as a number of other ad hoc jobs. There were a number of problems that became apparent once the old fixtures were removed, however Kev came up with solutions to these issues and kept the project moving along in a timely manner. Communication was very good throughout and the work, which involved the coordination of many tradesmen, was well managed and of high quality.
Plastering walls and ceilings
Brilliant job done by Kev and his team! Kev was very responsive and got people in to do the job for us in a timely fashion. The work was done on time and to a high standard. I would definitely recommend Rainbow Building Services!
