    Boiler repair and service

    Friendly guy and punctual. Fully explained what the fault was and what was required to fix it. Very tidy and can’t recommend him enough. Would definitely use him again

    Boiler repaired, been having problems for a while, a few quotes I received stated new boiler required, Raithel Mechanical Services came to quote for boiler change but told me the problem, fixed the next day, no problem since, very happy as only cost about £300 instead of over £3000. Highly recommend as not used to honest tradesmen.

    I was advised on a complete boiler change by some companies, I was gathering quotes when the engineer from Raithel Mechanical Services said it was repairable. £300 instead of £3000 appealed as just before Christmas but haven't had a problem since. Well done on being a honest tradesman. Highly recommend

    Boiler would not fire up

    Boiler broke Saturday afternoon in January. Called a few heating engineers and explained the problem they all said nothing they can do until Monday. Called Richard and explained the issue over the phone, he asked me to do some tests over the phone and diagnosed the issue. Took the boiler details showed up 2hrs later, replaced a part and boiler fired up. Saved the day. Callout price, part and labour were very reasonable for a Saturday afternoon.
