This trader failed to show up on two separate booked dates. I waited in all day on both occasions. After the first no show where they did not communicate they could not attend, they promised to come the next day but then requested a £40 deposit to secure the booking. When I questioned this, they agreed to waive the fee and still attend within a 1 hour time slot – but once again never turned up and failed to communicate non attendance with me. Very unreliable and a waste of time.

I tried to fit a ceiling light myself but messed up the wiring. They came within 1 hour and fixed the problem in 20 minutes. Friendly, fast, though a bit expensive. Got me out of a tight spot.

Was excellent service received from this trader. They took my flat's work and completed the job with care on time.

I recently hired Raja to carry out an EICR at a two-bedroom flat, and I’m very pleased with the service. He was punctual, professional, and completed the inspection as agreed. He explained the findings clearly and gave straightforward advice on what needed correcting. After I addressed the faults, Raja invited me to send over videos of the remedial work. Once he was satisfied everything had been resolved, he promptly issued the certificate. The whole process was smooth and efficient. I’d definitely recommend Raja to anyone needing an EICR or electrical work done properly and professionally.
